sure but what exactly are we supposed to respond to, you have given us no information to give you any help about. what permissions plugin are you asking about? are you even asking about a permissions plugin? etc. more info would probably get you a better response.

 

I am downloading a plugin such as no spawn mobs in a certain world and i get this

ok so now we are talking about no spawn mobs, which is a plugin.

which permissions plugin are you using?
can you post your permissions.yml file using the code function?

your ? is not generic, there are a number of ways to add permissions the "right way" depending on which plugin you are using.

ok, you have no permissions plugin, delete the permissions.yml file from your root directory and let it be recreated by craftbukkit when you restart your server. do not mess with this file unless you actually know what it does and how it works.

next if you want to have people in groups and different permissions you should download a permissions plugin like permissionsex, bpermissions, permissions bukkit or the like and install it. it is somewhat easy but you will need to spend some time on the wiki to get a handle on how to set it up. if you have questions about how to make it work after you read the wiki come on back and some of us can help you out.

 

I've been on minecraft wiki. I get it now so when something needs permission where would i put it.
