As the titles says I think a very good idea for maybe something in bukkit, or a client, or minecraft (now bukkit is part of that?) that lets chunk you load on servers stay on your pc and not get unloaded the same. My thought was instead of totally getting rid of the chunks and whenever you go back and you have to reload all the data stressing the server to send you the same chunks over again and making the server, and client lag more; make an option to KEEP the chunks on your hard drive. The point of this being that if you go back to the same chunk the server it only has to send you the changes instead of the whole thing over and over again. Something such as this would be extremely beneficial to servers with lower upload, and clients with lower download. What do you guys think?

Try this: CraftProxy. Hasn't updated in a while it seems, though.
