Why does Towny take so long to load?

    I have towny on my server with rollbacks of all types off, yet it still takes five to ten minutes to load sometimes. The rest of the server loads very quickly, so what else can I do to speed up towny?

    May I ask what version of CB and Towny you are using?
    I'm using CB 1.2.3r2 at the moment with towny 79.1 and the slowest part of my bootup is when I have both dynmap and spout running at the same time, in which dynmap looks up the blocks to show on dynmap.
