[REQ]New Guild Plugin[FORMATED]

    Suggested name: Kingdom Guilds

    A bit about me: I am a 23 year old male who loves his RPG servers. I have played many different RPG's and have read over 600 fantasy books lol no joke. Anyway I am currently working on a server as a side project while I'm not at work. I'll post more information in the next section ^^.

    What I want: My server will not allow any players to place/destroy blocks. There will be a pre-built city and the only way players will be able to use/place blocks is to join guild factions.

    Guilds will allow players the use of items and blocks to be placed on the ground. Players may move up ranks within these guilds. Higher ranks mean more materials can be used/sold.

    These Guilds will run most of the market and economy within my server. How in medieval times Guilds really did run the economy along with the king. So I will have it that each master of a guild is only recruited by the King itself.

    What I have thought up so far...

    Guilds will consist of a guild building allowing for trading and gathering.

    Guilds must include the following in their codings
    -guild vault (shows who deposited what/how many items and who withdrew items as well)

    -Guild Heirachy (novice, apprentice, journeyman, expert, and master)
    -novices can be promoted by apprentice up..
    -apprentice can be promoted by journyman up..
    -journeyman can be promoted by experts up..
    -experts can be promoted by masters
    -masters can only be promoted by the King ( so that there shall always be a few leaders per guild)

    -Masters are the only ones that can kick players from their guild
    -Anyone within the guild can make a player a novice.
    -Journeymans can sell goods by right clicking the ground anywhere with a stick. Once they right click a small pre-built stall shall be placed
    allowing goods to be placed and sold. ( i will be adding a plugin allowing the selling of goods so you might have to work with another
    plugin to get it working).
    -Experts are allowed a stall within the city (we can also pre-build small shops for this as well)
    -Masters are allowed to set up another guild home in other cities and also be privledged of setting up a shop in the market district. Masters
    may allow journeyman up to work in their shop.
    -Maximum of 1 guild per player at once. (may change later on, but i want a striving economy and this is how it should be.

    Homes... (novice-experts should have pre-built structures----Or make a code that allows me to save structures so that i can copy and paste)

    Novice-small shed by their plot (contains 1 bed and a crafting table)
    Apprentice - small room by their plot (contains 1 bed,1 chest, and a crafting table)
    Journeyman - small house (1 room) by their plot (contains 1 bed, 2 chest, 1 crafting table)
    Expert - Medium house (2 rooms) by their plot (contains 1 bed, 2 chests, 1 crafting table, furnature)
    Master - Receives the royal room in the guild home along with a house in the city.


    Setting up plots... (farming/mining areas mostly not housings)

    Plots will be different depending on each guild. Farmers will need flat areas of land. Miners will be able to dig downwards with stair cases.
    Hunters guild will not need plots. Herding guild will need a flat area of land as well. Blacksmithing guild will need a small area for smelting.
    Adventures guild will not need plots. Market guild will not need plots as well.

    Farmers guild.

    Novice

    with a piece of paper right click a flat area of 5x5 land and a section of farm land will be created like so...

    (3dirt 3water 3 dirt 3water 3dirt)

    As a novice they will be able to place melon seeds and only melon seeds.
    They will also be allowed to sell melon seeds and melons.
    They will also have the ability of using a wooden hoe along with plowing dirt.
    and a small shed will be construted for their home by their farm

    Once they earn 15 melons they turn them into the guild vault and they then must contact a apprentice or higher to be promoted to apprentice.

    Apprentice

    as an apprentice they will be able to place melon seeds along with seeds.
    They will also be allowed to sell melon seeds, melons, seeds, wheat, and bread
    They will also have the abliliy of using stone hoes
    The shed will be upgraded to a bigger one room building.

    Once they reach 20 melons and 50 bread they turn them into the vault and then they must contact a journeyman or higher to move up to journeyman.

    Journeyman

    as an journeyman they will be able to place melon seeds along with seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
    They will also be allowed to sell melon seeds, melons, seeds, wheat, bread, pumpkin seeds, and pumpkins.
    They will also have the abliliy of using iron hoes
    The One room building will be upgraded to a small home with 1 room.

    Once they reach 40 melons, 100 bread, and 15 pumpkins they must turn them into the guild vault and contact a expert or master to move up to expert.

    Expert

    as an Expert you will be able to place any type of seeds found normally in minecraft.
    They will also be allowed to sell any normal seeds/melons/pumpkins/cactus/bamboo. (they may only make sugar with bamboo they cannot make paper/books/bookcases)
    They will be able to use gold hoes.
    The small house will be upgraded into a medium home with 2 rooms.

    Once they reach 100 melons, 250 bread, 50 pumpkins, 100 cactus, 150 bamboo they turn them into the vault and they must contact a master for a chance to move to master
    (there may only be 1 masters per guild)

    Master

    as a master you will be in charge of running the guild for future expansion along with controlling your guild goods in the market. You must make sure someone is restocking
    the autobuy machines in the market or be there in person to sell goods.
    You will be able to plant any type of seeds even coco beans and other non-normal seeds.
    You will be able to use diamond hoes.
    You will have the master room for yourself and also a house in the city.

    Masters will meet with the king for future planning and expansion.

    Ideas for commands:

    I am not that good with commands so if you can somehow implement my ideas above into new commands that would be great.

    Ideas for permissions:

    Different ranks will have different permissions.

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible. I know coding takes a while so that is all I am going to say ^^. If you take on this task I will not force a date upon you as it will be difficult I am sure.
