What version is the server running, and what is your server IP?

Also, did you legitimately purchase the plugin from MoogleMods.com? If so, the plugins author will perform the installation for you. If you downloaded it elsewhere, then the plugin will not work due to the licensing system. Seeing as you are offering money for help setting it up, I'm going to guess this is likely the case.
