Try clearing browser cache and re-getting it!
Sounds like (If you can on the local area network) but others can't on the wan side - it's your portforwards! :)

I tried out this plugin - The only issues I've found is that soul sand doesn't work in Earth (Bukkit Bug I guess) and that Ghasts can be heard...
Keep in mind I did get it working by adding them under users in the permissions yml, like I quoted - Works perfectly that way!
