  Do you perhaps know how to make sure you can only cast a spell/command every 3 seconds. The delay (we)'ve made is just a delay, if you use the command 100 times it wil just happen 100 times. What I'd like to have :
  
  /command
  command happens imidiatly
  *3 seconds cooldown*
  able to use the command again

    have the front of a command check a list before executing have the command add the players name to a list, have the delay remove their name form the list.
