It is not error , the plugin just informed you that you have too low auto save interval to enable async auto save.
You should be grateful for that...
Tried it , but eventually found another resolution - deleting player.dat of affected players solved this for me.
If this is Spout it's really bad. But .. I'm running Spout for some time and I'm forcing players to use Spoutcraft.

That is what its looks like , but it's kind of strange , because forcing chunk resend does not help.
Players report some client-side lags , few players have problems with teleportation , they get into the sky and fall - forcing resend of chunk...
So far no issues - 26 players online and no noticeable lag.
If I ran into any problems , I will post another log.
The same issue on my server - text is invisible but it still works - for example [Lift] Sign is still functional.

NoLagg 1.45 + NolaggChunks both enabled , setting autosave interval to higher value (1000) helped.
If I may suggest something , the Showcase plugin which I use , forces frequent chunk reloads - maybe this is the reason for wiping ?
Getting a lot of "Wrong entity location" (All kind of mobs) errors with 1.45
Downgrading to 1.44 did not change that
