Hey Hiramas if you see this i downloaded that gates.zip (for your custom stargate things) but i just cant understand the symbols/positions of the stuff and i cant make a working gate would it be possible for you to make ingame screenshots of each of em?
you can find an explanation for the gate files in the stargaze thread. but its really simple: every letter is one block. So ever x, every - and every space between is one block wide. the x is the material with the number on the top, so x=49 would be an obsidian gate. At the - position you have to put the sign with the right writing. Just keep trying and reading the thread.
