The - 'Required Level: _' for DiabloDrops doesn't work. It still allows me to wear armor and use weapons. It shows me the required level but does nothing. I am using DiabloDrops Dev Build #7. Will anyone even read my issues with DiabloDrops if I post them on Github ?

Can you add an option to DiabloDrops in the config.yml so that I can set the percentage for mobs to spawn with loot. Example: MobSpawnsWithItemChance: 100% or 1.0. It takes more than 30 minutes to find a mob with a custom loot made by DiabloDrops. I cant find a single plugin that can only do that option. Can you at least send me pictures of how I can edit DiabloDrops.jar to have the option ?
