   Hello,
   
   I noticed that there are BlockPlace, BlockDestroy event bug.
   I'm placing block on -31 -61 92
   But BlockPlace event shows that block was placed in x = -30
   Same shit with BlockDestory.
   
   x coordinate always is: x - 1.

   if you look at it .... there is a coordinate 0 and -0 .... giving "0" 2 values
