[ADMN/WEB] [BukkitDev] Buycraft -The most advanced Donation Plugin.

Discussion in 'Archived: Plugin Releases' started by lmc, Aug 16, 2011.

Over 100,000 servers have used Buycraft over the last 2 years.
What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?
Buycraft enables you to sell in game items/memberships to your community, allowing yourself to fund your server bills to keep your Minecraft server alive. Buycraft is basically an online shopping cart system for your own server!
How will my players use Buycraft?
After you have created a Buycraft account, you are given an online webstore which you can use to promote your items for sale. Your players will visit this website and be able to purchase the items that they want, be it a collection of armour, or a monthly VIP membership.
What can I sell to my users, and how?
Buycraft enables you to sell ANYTHING to your users, from a collection of armour upgrades, to monthly VIP memberships. When a player purchases a product, it is automatically processed on your Minecraft server, and removes all hassle of managing payments by yourself. All these different options will take the worry out of funding your Minecraft server.
Some of the awesome features available:
    • Create donation packages which can reward your players with anything you imagine.
    • Setup advanced packages for memberships ranks, with support for automatic Paypal subscriptions.
    • Many Payment gateways supported! (Paypal, Stripe, Google Wallet, Paymentwall, 2Checkout, Onebip, Paygol, Payza, and Coinbase.)
    • Coupon codes to offer discounts to your players.
    • Run promotional sales to gain attention to certain donation packages.
    • Cumulative ranking to enable your players to upgrade their ranks.
    • Custom variables to offer advanced customisation of your packages.
    • Detailed donation statistics to see how well your server is performing.
    • Multiple webstores per account, with the ability to create sub accounts for your other moderators/administrators on your server.
    • Advanced fraud protection to prevent chargebacks.
    • Webstores available in over 8 languages.
    • You can change your webstore theme and even integrate it into your own website.
    • Everything is hosted by us, resulting in a hassle free and inexpensive way to run your own webstore! The Buycraft platform is updated regularly with many new features added each month.
Have a feature suggestion? Post it below!

  2. so
so any advice on the features not taking effect? using group manager and just spawning items
    re-doing 3.8 thanks

  3. Thank you for the quick response.

  4. still getting internal error :(

  5. Sorry but your not making sense. Spawning items redoing? What do you mean?

What error? I cannot fix something just by saying your getting an error, you need to be specific.

  7. That issue has nothing to do with Buycraft.

The older version wouldnt make a single difference, like I said before, the error you are facing is probably causing more issues to other plugins as well. Do not let that error stay, you need to fix it as it is severe.

    Hey,
A suggestion: The ability to manually add an item to a players name. So if I were to be paid via an alternative payment method (i.e. Cash) I could log into buycraft and add a pack to the player manually. The pack can then be removed by Buycraft automatically for me.
This would also be cool for competitions on servers, where a user could be given a donation pack for x days if they win.
Just my input, I do love the plugin though. Is very cool, has saved me monitoring so much by hand (Still have a lot of people who would need transferring though)

  9. This is possible if you go to payments overview->add manaul payment.

  10. haha did not think so :/
but i am getting internal error whenever i type /buycraft reload
and /buycraft. nothing happens when i do /buy

ok i solved the problem with the other thing.. was just to do with close to crashing .. due to memory and cpu.. but anyway.. i also got buycraft to work.. all i need to know now is how long estimated it takes for the package to take act on the server. because for me it is not coming through, thanks
i also tryed the manual payment but nothing come through.
sorry for mix up earlier :D

  19. Make sure you are running Buycraft version 3.8

  20. " 10T"

O I would say its ok to do so, but I'd feel beter if you didn't do this video, let me remake it. I can be more indef into it and show more, this one was just to get it up there quickly. But thanks for the request. One thing I have read before would be to have a simulate payment. If you could in the payment options tab allow us to choose Test payment and then it will return all payments as true, that be great. Also I purchased premium a while ago and I'm not quite sure if it is applied. I can give you the paypal transaction "Transaction ID: 27467090AN2317*** " Due to spam bots, I put the last three digits in the begining of this post.

    Code:
[SEVERE] [Buycraft] Failed to process package expiry due to package not found in the cache.
    Why is this "error" appearing?

  23. Make sure to type /buycraft reload in game after adding new packages.

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to choose a payment method? Example => allopass or other provider of this type?

And I wanted to know, If it were possible to have a script or whatever to put the shopdirectly on our own website?

    Sincerely Mortibus.
