My server just recently got this error, and I have no idea how to fix it or how it happened. I'm using a map that was imported from 1.2 and converted to 1.3.

I'm currently running the latest craftbukkit build, and have tried this with and without plugins and still had the errors.

EDIT: Apparently this information would help?
    1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3)? - Linux Debian 5
    2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)? x86, 32-bit
    3. What version and architecture is your java install? (Type: java -version in command prompt.) build 1.6.0_22-b04
    4. Are you running any wrappers? McMyAdmin, mcadmin, Hamachi, etc? Minecraft_RKit
    5. What build of CraftBukkit are you running? (do NOT say latest. Say the build number.)
(Linux users: zgrep -i version craftbukkit.jar). Builds 267+ have the build number in the top of the server.log.
    git-Bukkit-0.0.0-458-g557f3d2-b440jnks

    6. What command are you using to run your CraftBukkit server? Default start string.
    7. What plugins are you running?
    Backup Plugin
    Bigbrother
    Cleaner
    CommandHelper
    DynMap
    Elevators
    Essentials Suite
    GroupManager
    Friendlies
    FenceStack
    Gastronomic
    HeroicDeath
    LWC
    MagicCarpet
    mcMMO
    MilkAdmin
    MinecartMania suite
    MyHome
    TelePlus
    TravelPortals
    TreeHugger
    voxelport
    vStopFire
    WorldEdit
    WorldGuard
    8. What error are you getting (post your server.log file if possible)?
    Read above
    9. What have you tried already?
I've made a new map gen and the error doesn't exist, and I've also tried deleting that chunk via a map editor but that didn't help either. I've also ran the map with and without plugins, without plugins caused the server to stay up, but the server log was being spammed with the throwing error.
    10. Have you tried any of the things below?

The error seems to be only occurring on converted worlds. Try converting your world using a different method. I converted my world using the vanilla MC server (it was before Bukkit had an update out), and I haven't seen problems yet. Alternatively, try converting it using the single player client. Maybe one of those methods would work better?

The problem is there have been changes since I converted over, but I just decided to copy the major regions and terraform them into the map using MCEdit, hopefully this method works.
