    I did try the /release but I think Essentials was conflicting with it since it has some jail commands, /release being one of them. It would say that I need to specify a player so ya. Just me. Not MonsterTamer there.

    Do you know of anyway I could keep Essentials and still get these two plugins to not conflict with each other?

    /throw
    /free
    /unleash

    My choice would be /unleash but its up to you. I used a thesuarus but I didn't get much :/

    I love it, but I need a non-permissions one, only OPs can use this now :(

    I have an thought about the idea of having your monsters follow you around. I'm not sure if it would work since I don't know much about plugin development.

    Maybe you could have your released monsters target you, but not attack or do damage to you. This way they will follow you around and when you use /target, they would stop trying to attack you and go for the person you specified.

    Like I said before, I don't know if that is possible, but it might be a solution for that idea.

    PLEASE do this ....permissions is retarded :( just make it default for everyone please xD

    Is there a way that you can make it so that monsters we "unleashed" ( I think that's awesome) can attack mod ID's like how Mob Rider has it? Instead of just player names?

    (Sorry my thinking is more of pokemon because I'd like to make it so that we can battle our monsters)

    But I'm loving your plugin and work on it, thanks for all the effort.

    Try to make the properties file from this text I'll paste under and make a new MonsterTamer.users file using notepad :)
    Code:
     # Monster Catch Properties File
    # Author: Fullwall

    # IMPORTANT NOTE: the items and monsters values contained here affect the catch rate formula -
    # they increase or decrease the catch rate for that item or monster.
    # The formula is as follows:

    # |(3 * MaxHealth) - (2 * CurrentHealth) * MONSTERBONUS * ITEMBONUS|
    # |________________________________________________________________|
    # |			      3 * MaxHealth			   |  * 100
    # |________________________________________________________________|
    # |				    256				   |

    # Let's break it down. MaxHealth is always 20.
    # Dividing the main fraction by 256 then multiplying by 100 is just to get the percentage.

    # MONSTERBONUS is the value defined per monster under the monsters property.
    # For simplicity's sake, higher values = higher chance.

    # ITEMBONUS is the value defined per item under the items property. As above, higher values = higher chance.

    # If in doubt of correct MONSTER/ITEMBONUS values,
    # get out a calculator and test a few scenarios for what chance you'd have of catching!
    # Tweaking of these default values is usually going to be necessary.

    # This is the official pokemon catch formula - used for authenticity.

    # Take note: MONSTERBONUS must be a value above 3, otherwise percentages go funny.

    # Also take note: MONSTERBONUS can be a pretty high number,
    # but ITEMBONUS values above about 5 give exponentially higher catch chance values.
    # In pokemon, the highest ITEMBONUS value (excluding Master Ball) is only 8x.
    # Good values are anywhere from 1x to 4x.

    # http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Catch_rate - Useful link regarding this formula.

    # Define items that can catch monsters here, in the format itemid:ITEMBONUS - must be separated by ';'.
    # In this default configuration, snowballs are used as a low catch rate, eggs as a medium catch rate and slimeball as the best catcher.
    # Bedrock is a masterball, for those admins out there :P. Feel free to change.
    items=332:1;344:2;341:3;7:255;

    # Define catchable monsters and their MONSTERBONUS here in the format monstername:MONSTERBONUS, separated by ';'
    monsters=Chicken:40;Cow:40;Creeper:25;Ghast:30;Giant:25;Pig:40;PigZombie:30;Sheep:40;Skeleton:30;Slime:25;Spider:30;Squid:38;Zombie:30;

    #This property defines the max amount of monsters a player can have in storage at any one time.
    limit=20

    All of these files are located in my /plugins directory. Is that correct? Maybe they're supposed to be in a MonsterTamer folder?

    Yep.... I was right.
    For some reasion, it placed them all into the plugins folder.
    I placed the properties and names into a MonsterTamer folder and it started right up!

    Hey man, I'm having a little trouble, i installed the mod, and it went well. Everything was loaded, im using group manager, but i dont think that is the problem. What seems to be happening is.... well nothing, Im the admin of my server, and an op, i should have access to any commands anyways, but when i try and catch something, nothing happens, any ideas? Also i have checked the file and everything seems to be in order, i was using bedrock.

    Can anyone post a video of this plugin 'in action' please?

    To Vittek - sounds like more of a minecraft error. I believe there is a video here: http://beatkidz.tumblr.com/. Can I have the internal error? As I say, just refactored a whole bunch of command code, so this would be much appreciated.

    Well, I still need the internal error XD. If you could provide it, that'd be great. The link in the main post already has the refactor, sorry if that wasn't clear. Redownload if you haven't. But, it's midnight here, and I have to go to sleep :(. I'll look it up in about ~15 hours.

    Yep. But, it's too late :(. Sorry - can barely keep my eyes open. Blame the bukkit team for changing to oncommand XD (don't. It's not really their fault). See you tomorrow.
