Oh, now I updated my server to 1.9 pre5, and it worked fine. :/

 

Doesn't work, I here is a console error I get when I start the server.

DreamScape (or any other plugin that used the builtin Skylands) is now broken. Mojang has replaced The Skylands with The End.
