AppleTree - The only standalone apple tree plugin.

**IMPORTANT: NEW DEV, USE THIS THREAD: LINK**

    Version: v0.4

AppleTree is a very simple plugin that was designed with the sole idea of turning trees into apple trees. There is a configuration file that will be created in the same folder as craftbukkit called appletree.properties, which you can use to customize different aspects of the plugin.

    Properties Guide:
    • CanDropDecay - (true/false) Whether or not apples drop on decaying leaves.
    • GAChance - (number between 0 and 1) The chance of a golden apple drop. 5% = 0.05
    • CanDropGold - (true/false) If golden apples can drop.
    • AChance - (number between 0 and 1) The chance of an apple drop. 5% = 0.05
*NOTE: The properties file is located in the root server directory!*

    Features:

    • Apples spawn from destroyed leaves.
    • Chance to spawn golden apples as well.
    • Properties file for different settings.

Hmm... Where are you looking for it?

He's probably looking for it in the plugins folder since thats where almost all plugin config files have been going. :p

Haha I guess, that'll be the next thing I'll work on after I guess this out.

Yeah, it's become the standard to place your settings in plugins/<plugin folder>/config.yml
You don't HAVE to do it that way, but standards help sanity.

Haha, I agree. I'll most likely have it done sometime tomorrow, not feeling great today :/

Alright guys! The fix is live, and also I realized that in the changelog for v0.3 I had "Added source", which I never did lol. So I'll get that up when I get a chance, I almost threw up before, so gonna relax, rewatch some Firefly episodes :p.

I agree. I hate how some plugins don't put their configuration files/database folders in a directory within the Plugin folder.

I love it! I was hoping for a plugin that would make apples obtainable without being an op!

Hello, I have been sent by my cmd prompt to ask you to post the update source for your plugin here. (Links to the CraftBukkitUpToDate plugin forum, apparently the dev implemented plugin updating)

Any chance of getting the properties file into the /plugin/ directory like many other mods? Servercraft.co hosted servers can't get to the properties file where it currently resides. :(

Hmm.. it would be nice if the properties file ended up in plugins in a seperate folder named AppleTree. When it sits outside the plugins folder it tends to clutter up the already cluttered area for all the server properties, such as white-listing, server properties, banned players, banned IP's, etc.
