[REQ] Pay to open doors/gates

Hi, basically what i need is a plugin with which you can make "pay to enter" doors (placing a sign with certain text in first line and money cost in second, for example:

[paytoenter]
50

and doors/gates should automatically close after configurable (or not) amount of time.

So basically you want this plugin.
I'm guessing server cash you want so you'll need iConomy or a plugin that does the job of that.
You'll need more info on the signs such as

[paytoenter]
[Owner name]
[cash to deposit]
[info to the reader]

Just trying to improve your plugin idea.
