Free running (Parkour) Plugin

Hi, my name is Connor and my request is that a free running mod where to be made.
I'm not 100% if this is possible however I know there is a few mods that allow these functions, so I was wondering if it were possible to make this mod into a plugin and server sided so every body see's the same thing.
There doesn't need to be any visuals or graphics of the movements. etc. just the actually ability to perform the movements, if that makes any sense.

Saying it's 100% possible because you've seen it done in a client mod doesn't mean it's 100% possible in a server plugin.

Anyway if anyone knows how to do something like this please let me know, spout or no spout w.e.

 

I'm very new at plugin developing, but ill try to make this. This will be made in my free time though so don't expect anything from me soon
