1178 - not compatable with Showcase addon

hey guys,

since 1178 was released, showcase plugin has stopped working,

just thought i'd let you know.

 

*wonders why people are using builds that aren't RB when they don't know what's going on when in fact it clearly says "don't use builds that aren't RB unless you know what you are doing"

anyone ever told you that you actually are a dick?

i post this so the relevant people know its not working, im not complaining, im just informing.

i know its not an RB, and things wont work.

 

Inform in the right thread then. And if you haven't noticed that I am a dick by now then you're verrrry naiive.

the whole problem seems to be the impatience that Misterman has. Yea ive been noticing how much on edge people have been lately.

 

True...there has been a change of attitude around here lately. Not even since 1.8 released but coming up on it too...

also, this works on a minecraft 1.8 server. I tested it myself!

 

Showcase didn't work on my 1.8 or 1.8.1 server.

 

i was updating builds so requent i couldnt keep track of my previous version, however i do know once i went to 1178 that my shop has, dissappeared?
the .jar is there, the folder is there, but all my showcases have gone, and i cant like, add any new 1's to slabs?
also on the latest RB doesnt seem to want to work.

 

you've got to update to 0.7.6!!

 

Isn't it more important that people realize plugins are meant to be made compatible with servers - not vice versa? Misterman was correct in pointing out that the plugin thread was the place to make this post, not in the 'server' forum.
