In the picture I get that error. And then it just stays there, no one can log in, the server does not start.
Oh and btw, before it became like that my computer crashed(shut down on its own) half way while running the server and I turned my computer back on, it gave me that error.

    try deleting/renaming the world folder.
and then start the server so it generates a new world
also do this with a nether world if you have 1

But the people in the server worked so hard for that map I can't just delete it and say "Start a fresh." I tried renaming the world folder and it worked but everything was buggy it was all reset.

Why does the error even happen anyway? My computer crashed thats one reason, but how do I fix it please help someone! I tried to remame the folder and it worked but all the McMMO skills were reset and when I typed /town or /towny nothing came up. Can someone help me with that real quick please?

I'm not sure - but those plugins may be world-depending, as in they're configured to work in your old world..
Try and have a look into their configs to see wether this is the case or not.

You have a corrupt world because when your computer turned off, Minecraft was writing to your world files and one of them has become corrupt. There are simple ways to fix this, however, your world will always have a few problems. For starters weather will be very messed up and it will probably start snowing in random places. Also, new chunks that are generated (when you go exploring into uncharted territory) will not line up with previously loaded chunks (there will be a weird barrier in your world that will never look right - it's very obvious).

If you still want to fix your map, rename it back to its original name. Then, download and install MCEdit (google it). Then open your map up into it and then save it. This will fix your map.
