    Hello!
Since when I updated CraftBukkit to version 1063 there was a problem with errors "Read Timed Out." I updated to version 1064 and the problem persists. In the configuration of the server machine or anything otherwise unchanged, just swapped the engine .jar.
    Please help.

You should never be using developmental builds unless there are some very specific circumstances that you need to. Try switching back to 1060 and see if the problem goes away.

Sorry buddy, but how do I use the 1060 version if it is even more errors than the 1064? Overflowing of memory, error when adding a player to the white list and many others. It's hard, I can manage a script that will reboot the server during the crash. Please fix this in future versions.

I really don't think that Bukkit is giving you any problems, what version of Java are you using and what plugins are you running.

    Java 7 JDK 1.7.0 x64
    Debian Squeeze x64
Plugins: iConomy, CommandBook, CivilizedSpawn, FalseBookChat, SafeStop, NSCommand, Warpz0r, Lockette, SlowHealth, FalseBookBlock, MultiVerse, BukkitSpeak, xAuth, Minequery, FalseBookExtra, BukkitUpdater, RawcriticsOreObfuscationPlugin, iConomyChestShop, MinecraftViewer, FalseBookCore, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Permissions, SimpleHelp, FalseBookCart, FalseBookIC, dynmap, iChat, Jobs, NoCheat

All the plugins included, shown in green.

Try getting rid of Dynmap and xAuth for now. If that doesn't fix your problem, I think you should try using Java 6 instead of 7. I know that 7 is no longer beta, but I have seen a whole bunch of random problems on these forums when people use Java 7.

Do not you understand that the error lies with the 1063 and 1064 editions? :)
In 1000-1062 EVERYTHING was OK. I introduced a couple of their amendments, and it seems that it works well, we'll see in the evening..

I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. However, I already told you to use a recommended build (1060). If you refuse to do that, then I can't really help you.

Yesterday was fine, now at 10 AM has shut down. I updated the server to version 1066 and turned off MultiVerse, it might help..

Look, Supersam654 is trying to help you. Go back to build 1060 or don't ask for help. That's why they're called "stable" builds, whereas development builds are just the authors releasing test builds so they're not meant to be used. You'll probably be looking at build 1120 before it's stable again, liken when 900 when to 1000.

You talk about the development version, I use them because I want to help develop CraftBukkit and reports an error to fix.
To 1060 did not come back, because this version does not add to the whitelist.
