You most likely have a permissions issue. Post your permissions config.

Also please make sure whoever figures out a solution to your issue gets a donation, you seem to think that your issue is worth professional level treatment you might as well hold up your end and pay for that level of service.

First of all. With your plugin issue it is imperative you know your CraftBukkit version. If you can not get this far.. moving onto permissions will be much harder..

What version are you running.. If you do not know.. Go download version 1060.. and ask for support knowing at least this information.

 

Putted in spout. That didn't work. Updated bukkitcraft, that didn't work either. :l

Delete everything except the .jar and regenerate all configurations. Then get Permissions 4.0 and go from there.

 

Ok, i'll take the joke but delete everything?!?! I'll make a backup. There must be a backup plugin to backup your plugins. XD

 

It's most likely that some of your configs didn't generate, but make a list/backup of all your other plugins.

Also check for plugin incompatibilities if the problem persists.

Looks like the server is in shape now. I figured it out but I added 2 things to it (thanks to vapid2323 and M1sT3rM4n). I won't donate but i'll give you guys free admin.
