griefer: removing/placing blocks without build rights?

Someone has continually griefed my spawn town. either by placing or removing blocks or using water. I have given no one but myself build rights in the spawn area. No one has op or admin on the server aside from myself. Any thoughts on how this is accomplished or how I can prevent it? I was unable to find anything using bigbrother.

 

Do you have online-mode set to false in your server.properties? If so anyone can login using your username and thus has all the rights and permissions you have normally. Then the only soloution would be to set online-mode to true (what I'd strongly suggest anyways, I mean minecraft isn't that expensive so the players should be able to buy it )

Rofl, that must suck. Are you sure its protected right? If it is he must be using a glitch in the plugin, i remember there
Was a weird glitch in worldguard that if it wasnt configered properly i could place lava by spamming a block corner and moving at the same time.

If you do find out how he is doing it, you should post it so plugins can be updated. Also it woul be fun to mess around on some servers with dick admins
