[Idea/Request]-[Edit-New Idea]-A way to get smoothly moving Aircraft working in Bukkit

that might work best of all.... planes mod + itemcraft

 

the best I can do with planes is building one, using the map item to move it with BoatMod (craftbukkit)

Well you need to understand this. Mod=runs freely on the client,we can modify any blocks. Bukkit mod=plugin/addon to the vanilla server client, cannot modify blocks, or make new blocks, we haveto use the blocks. The plane/whatever that will fly needs to stay in the block spots. This will get the server laggy, also not able to run smoothly.

 

There actually is a version now out for bukkit. No reports of lag:

it is however unsupported and i haven't used it yet myself.

 

Hmm... That gives me a hope... If you need help, Ask me, I just got into making plugins.
I am good at JAVA and C++.

 

I don't completely understand what your asking. But I'm going to guess. I'm pretty good at figuring out what would be possible or not even though I don't make plugins.
