Better Enchantment Combinations

What I want:
I was wondering if someone could make a plugin wherby you can combine sword enchantments onto Axes so as to make Fire Aspect and Looting axes by using the vanilla anvil.

Moreover, if possible it would be nice to be able to combine smite, sharpness and bane of arthropods as well as all protection types. (Enchantments that are usually mutually exclusive)

Also, I'm not sure if its possible to be able to disenchant an item and put those enchants on an enchanted book, ideally by using a grinstone or potentially combining a book with the item in an anvil, the opposite way around to usual.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: anvil.combine

When I'd like it by: Whenever

Hey, I just tested the plugin and i cant seem to get it to work. When combining a sword and axe for example i only get the sword back with no enchants and the axe as normal. Same applies for the books feature. Any ideas?
