So I've had many Minecraft servers setup in the past, all ported forward on 25565 and I even had another one running on 25566 at one point at the same time. That was at least a year ago and after not having played Minecraft for a while, my friends and I decided we wanted to play together again, so my friends setup an aternos server, which is as slow as moving a villager by boat. So I wanted to setup my own server again, I figured that I'd done it before and it wasn't hard back then, so why would it be hard now? So far I've had no luck, and after following countless guides I'm turning to the community.

I'm on Windows 10 x64, I have a static ip, I'm on java version 1.8.0_251, and I would just like to play a few games with the bois.

I'd love to get this solved today (7/13/2020) but I know that's most likely not possible, quick help is appreciated, but then again all help is appreciated. I will still be working on this while waiting for replies so I'll tell you guys if something changes while I wait.

I have both TCP and UDP open on port 25565 on my router and on the firewall on my computer. That's why I came here, the port won't open even though I've done what literally every guide tells me to do.

Did you forward the router to the correct PC?
    Can you post screenshots?

@DawnBark Are the blacked out IP's your local IP?
If so: no need to black them out.
If not: put your local IP there.

They are my local IP's, but they're all matching. I've checked numerous times.

@DawnBark All settings seem correct to me.
Don't know what is wrong then.

That's what I'm saying, everything is right, static ip, local ips match, tcp and udp open on 25565, and it doesn't want to open. That why I came here for help from the community.

Have you tried to contact your internet provider? As they should know how the router works?
How are you checking if it is open?

Last time I tried we ended up getting a new router, which made the problem worse. I'm checking using many different websites and also the fact that I can't connect to the Minecraft server.

Factory resetting my router fixed it, I have no idea what caused it though, just posting this for my solution.
