Color armor/tools name?

    I have played minecraft for years and have seen how servers will have like special kit where special kit is red and the https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/ https://192168ll.link/ [] around it is yellow. Iv tried this using essentials color codes but dont work. Is there a way i can do this uaing essentials or download anothe rplugin or sonethibg like via command? Please help
