Restrict the End to specific players?

Hello boys. Well, I have a survival server out there that I restart the End from time to time, but there are a lot of pro players that come in to kill the dragon over and over again. I wish the new ones can kill the dragon as well, so I was looking for some plugin that restricts tp to End to specific players, but can't find anything. Will there be such a plugin? Thank you
