Filled Very Basic Anti Spam

Minecraft version: 1.14

Suggestion name: AntiSpam

What I want: I am asking for a plugin that gives chat/server a very basic anti spam protection. How it would work is that it will delete all duplicate messages within the last (insert variable value here) seconds but it would keep the original message and would not delete it. That's it and nothing more.

Commands: I don't have any ideas for commands, just have an adjustable variable in one of the plugin files for the amount of time after the original message it would delete.

Permissions: Non

When I'd like it by: I'm basically fine with any time

 

@TravelerJay I haven't tested this so, let me know if there's a problem, or if it's not as you wanted it.

 

@KarimAKL This works perfectly, the only thing is could you make the wait message togglable in the config file. One last thing, this one is optional if you can't get it to work, basically I would just be able to set the amount of times you have to type in the same message before it actives. If you can't get the second one to work thats fine. Thank you and Have a good day.
