Twitch Broadcasting

Hello!
version: 1.14.4

I need a plugin so when I type /twitchlive it will put in a users actionbar a configurable message that stays there until you do /twitchnotlive. This is to effectively advertise a stream on twitch to the server in a more discreet way than spamming chat or using a bossbar.

when i need it by: whenever is fine

 

@Pr0Pancakes How would this work? If only the sender of the command can see the message, how does other players get notified about the stream?

For the twitch broadcaster I mean being the sender. If they login to their server and start the stream they can type /twitchlive and for all of their players it will put in their actionbar that they are live or something like come join twitch.tv/username!

I was hoping it would do it for all players and that the twitch broadcaster could start/stop it
I would say a command to hide this would be awesome too for those players that don't really care about twitch but to the person writing the plugin i would already be so appreciative.
