Permission based tab complete

    Minecraft version: 1.14.4

    Suggested name: NoCommandTab
    What I want: I'd like a plugin that disables tab complete for everyone except those with the permission node.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: notab.bypass

    When I'd like it by: Anytime

    Probably highly depends on the plugins that provide the commands.
    Some use the plugin.yml for permissions checking, some code, plugin.yml can probably be checked. Code checks not.
