   Okay so im making this plugin that places a glass block below the player when they type /bb (block below), but i dont want players to be able to use it on spawn because this way they can bypass spawn protection and destroy the spawn by replacing everything with glass. Any ideas?

   Yeah that doesnt help much... because as the guys in the thread you linked said... that /bb plugin doesnt even call a block place event...
