Plugin Help Under review for about 3 hours

    All I did was change the plugin compiler version from Java 9 to Java 8 to offer more compatibility. That's all! Why is this review taking so long?

    @leothawne Code gets checked anyways, you are not the only one in the queue probably, the ones checking everything are humans.
