    Description:

    ItemCraft is a Bukkit mod that allows adding new item and block types, crafting and furnace recipes, and custom tree generators and more. Using a Modloader and SettingsGUI interface it allows subplugins known as ICPlugins to be loaded to support client mods. ICPlugins can be created by translating a client mod using the ICTranslator ICplugin. Using a ModloaderMP interface (ported by krnlyng/liar) it allows porting multiplayer mods to bukkit.

    Installation & Usage:
    • Back up your world(s). Just in case.
    • ItemCraft.jar goes in same folder as craftbukkit
    • IC plugins go into ItemCraft/ICPlugins folder under craftbukkit. (folder is autocreated the first time)
    • uncomment (remove #) in front of all plugins you want to use in plugins.ics (autocreated in ItemCraft/ICScript)
    • Make sure you have the recommended version of craftbukkit in the title - since this is a mod of that version in particular.
    • Delete/rename the META-INF folder inside craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar (Use some decent zip program (e.g. 7zip) that can do it.)
    • All players on the server needs to have the client mods installed
    • If you use the 16 bit entity id packet mod (in case you use new entites (only ICMCreatures need it)), All players need (flan's unofficial) ModLoaderMP client mod
    • All players also need the 16 bit entity id packet mod (overwrites a ModLoaderMP's class so make sure ModLoaderMP is installed first) in case you use new entites (only ICMCreatures need it) If decide not to use the packet mod, you can turn it off putting this in your startup file: false setEntityIDPacketMod
    • Sometimes you get block/item ID conflicts, between plugins. You then need to set the conflicting ids in the startup script using setID command: example. They have to be set before the plugin that uses them is loaded. Note also that there is typically a props file on the clientside you have to edit the ids on to be the same as well.

      Suggestions of mods to port
      Vote here not in this thread anymore (it gets lost in all the other stuff)

      Reporting errors:
      • Read known issues - don't report those.
      • State the version of CB, ItemCraft and ICPlugin(s) you have problems with
      • If your client crashes, start the client from command line so that you get the error report.
      • Make sure the mod(s) works in SSP First before you report any errors here.
      • You are more likely to get a response if you describe the problem in more detail and do some testing yourself first of under what circumstances it occurs
      • Do not ask for uploads of minecraft.jar.
      • Do not pm me.
      • If you have problems installing, you are likely doing something wrong. Make sure you've followed the instructions exactly, read the FAQ and Wiki. If that doesn't work you can always ask in the thread, while I will likely not reply, there are others who can help you with your problem. But at least try to get it working yourself first.

    Good ol' Kaevator Slopes passed the test. Millenaire probably did too. I haven't counted the files. Finite liquids got one java file and Better blocks none.

    no Nether Update is not a mod but there is a post on minecraft forum that is quite similar to nether update but a MOD

    Great job asdaarg! One tip I have for those trying to get itemcraft 1.3.2 with MC1.5 working with all 4 mods is to make sure that the plugins.ic also references the items in the 7000s match the item IDs in the MoreTrees.props file>

    I was having client crashes from breaking vines into branches and that fixed the issue.
    Also is there a way to send commands such as 'setint' and 'setbool' to control creature spawn in mo creatures in 1.5 / 1.3.2? Because it looks like there is no way to set these with ICScript until a later version. I want to make the game MUCH harder and was hoping I could use this the way Finn had 1.3 Mo Creatures working in SMP/Bukkit via the server.properties file.
    I see that Wild Grass is now modloader compatible> http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic...4-modloader-ready-not-lily-pads-or-vines-yet/
    Are you interested in supporting Wild Grass now that cn.c shouldn't conflict with the Modloader mods?

    Lots of updated ;)
    ICKSlopes is out.
    So is 1.3.4 which supports switching off packet mod by typing:
    false setEntityIDPacketMod
    You can turn it on again with
    true setEntityIDPacketMod
    and you can do this in the GUI on the fly without having to turn off the server.
    The packet mod is also improved: It can connect to both 8 bit and 16 bit servers. No more moving in old backups into jar each time you want to log in to a different server.
    I'll see if I can port nandonalt's trees next.

    I still can't get this to work, I've done the following,

    I've downloaded ItemCraft 1.3.4, and 818 Craftbukkit build. I placed them in the same folder and create the .bat file as required to run it.

    I deleted the Meta-Inf file from Craftbukkit and try to run but get this issue every time.

    Has anyone got coral reef mod to work? Says this when I start:
    Image not found: /nandonalt/itemmask_skeleton.png
    But there is no such file in the mod.

    I can't even get the server to run can you check my post above about the issue and if you can figure out why it wont run? Also how do I know if I have Itemcraft 1.3.4 as I think it's either linked wrong or I really do and it's just something really small off.

    Also for now there is a unofficial update to FancyPack until the a official update is to come you could support this for now

    But now i have another major problem.
    In Singleplayer the superslopes plugin works great
    but in multiplayer all it does is appearing while crafting in the craftingbox for 1 second and then its away.

    i think the itemcraft didnt load The serverside plugin properly or should i do anything else thann copying it to \ItemCraft\ICPlugins and restart the server and i also removed the "#" in the front of "ICKSlopes.jar" in plugins.ic

    but i cant get the mod to work -.-

    Minecraft 1.6.6 SMP using bukkit + ItemCraft 1.3.4 is not supporting Mo's Creatures yet?

    You're right. Mo's Creatures has not been ported to MC 1.6_6 so it can't be supported by the last version of ItemCraft. :)

    I can run any of the Bukkit builds with this but any of them that supports 1.6.6, are you sure it's been updated to support it? As it seems no one can help fix this issue or even respond it anymore.​

    Regarding Coral Reef. I just found this Post in the Thread maybe thats the solution? Worked as far as i can see from the Posts. But it does only say Tree Mods.

    I had the same problem but i found a solution. It's a misnomer from the file "plugins.ic" and the icplugin.

    You need to rename in the file plugins.ic, "KSlopes.jar plugin" to "ICKSlopes.jar plugin"

    I think it will fix your problem.

    edit : The bug of the craft is gone, but now is when i try to place the block. The block does not want to be placed and return to the inventory :/

    sorry if i made ​​mistakes in english ^^

    yes i did that excapt that the " comes before plugin.
    like that:
    "ICKSlopes.jar" plugin

    now the mod itself works but we have to craft everything -.- is there a way to get it with the give command ??

    if I use the mod toomany items they are clearly displayed but the server kicks me out if i request them o.o

    I have yet to get any of the builds past 0.6.1 to actually create a folder in the main directory called itemcraft and have it make the files needed to get this to run. Instead I get this: Unable to check jar file ItemCraft.jar for ebean-orm.xml. Any thoughts?
