We don't know. We would need to see the error in order to know what is wrong. Post the Full console log here along with the formatted yml file (you need to use the [code][/code] tags in order for the indentations to be kept.)

The thing is, you posted the full permissions.yml file, and I was able to figure out the error there even though it was just a snippet of the error.

As for this, you have not posted the full permissions.yml, and I can't really figure out the problem with the error message. Although it says that line 73 is the issue(this one)

I can't seem to figure out why it is throwing the error.

[Edit] Just noticed the apostrophe. You can't have just one on a line. Either remove it since it is unneeded, or add a second one at the end of ( &f ) .
