Question Auto Demoting

Hi!

So i'm using ChestCommands plugin on a Npc (citizens), and i use it to make people vote for the server for a reward, daily. But i like to have a system where they vote, and get set to another permissionsgroup, wich i can do perfectly. But i want them to be removed after 12 or 24hours to their normal group, how could i do that?

PermissionsEx allows you to add timed groups.

/pex user <user> group add <group> [world] [lifetime]

Add <user> to <group>. Optional param lifetime (in seconds) is used to make timed membership. You can replace world by '*' if the group of the user is applied for all worlds and you want applied a lifetime.

And after the 12 hours, do they get back to their original group or to the default group?

 

I see. And what would be the best? Adding to a new group for 12 hours or delete their permission to open the rewards for 12 hours?

 

Yeah but i saw that you can slo give or take permissions within time, saw it in the link that oceantheskatr showed me

 

If you just want to give them a permission to something for 12 hours, do that instead.
