Filled OfflineStaffNotes

This is a bit like the Essentials 'Mail' feature but a lot diffrent. I want a plugin that allows you to leave notes to another player while they are offline or online. The way it works, you do a command like /note <player name> <message> and when the player is online, they get a message in theirs chat saying they have a recived a note and they can do /notes to read it, when they do /notes they get a GUI where all the notes are there, the icon for notes can be a map or paper. The thing is I want to use this plugin as a staff plugin for staff on my server for them to either give our verbal warnings, such as to new players if they get reported on forums and instead giving them punishment, they can leave a note what they did wrong and they can do /rules to read the rules. I want the plugin to freeze the player and prevent them from doing any commands until they do /notes, click on the icon of the note, which brings you to another GUI which has green and red wool which green wool would say "I acknowledge the warning" and red wool for "Cancel" which would bring them back to the warnings GUI. This way the player has to read and acknowledge the note before moving or doing a command, and when he tried to move he gets a message in chat saying "Please acknowledge a note from a staff member by doing /notes before moving or doing any commands"
I also want every note to have a ID so if a staff member decided to remove the warning or a player disegress with the warning on forums they can just say the ID of the warning and the ID can be displayed in the name and the the actual note in lore. I want the plugin for 1.8.

Commands:
/note <player name> <message> - gives player a note
/note remove <player name> <ID>
/notes - shows the note GUI of the player that did the command
/notes <player name> - Shows the GUI of that player.

Permissions:
note.admin - ability to use /note <player name> <message>, /note remove <player name> <ID>, /notes <player name>
note.player - /notes access.

 

Anyone can do this?

You can check if this is okay for now. The hard part is done, config, removing of notes and notification comes next time.

Just say if something is not like you thought.

 

@Lordloss I like where you went with this, at the moment the only issue I see is when a person received a note, theirs chat is spammed with the message, is there a way for them to receive the message every 5 seconds for example? And also maybe ability to customize the messages and the colors of the messages on the note? Thanks

You can use color codes like ^4 or ^a in any message which is changeable in the config.

yes, it works BUT it is very glitchy and the guy requested /notes instead its /note.. Also the gui doesn't work. But the only thing you can do is: send notes and delete notes. @timtower

 

Read what I said after i edited it sorry, and i thought it would be cool to have on my server working they way it was explained.

 

@Kyleyocats It works as explained. All commands are run with /note. You send notes with /note name message. You view your own notes with /note. You view notes of other people with /note name. Remove them with /note remove name ID. If you want to accept a note click on the paper in the GUI and on the green wool. If you open the GUI of a different player logically you cant interact with his notes there. If you have a note, you cant run commands or move. If something is not working as explained please post screenshots or exceptions in console if they exist.

It is guaranteed to work with 1.8 and 1.9.
