    Plugin category: I don't know

    Suggested name: Anything

    What I want:

    I like a ranking system plugin that promote players when they achieve the amount of points. (Configurable)

    Example:

    New: 0
    Advanced: 10
    Pro: 100

    How players will earn points?

    Players will earn points on kill based on the percentage dealt to a player,

    For example:

    I killed a player with 100% , I will get a 10 Points(Configurable on how many points will be given)
    And if I achieve the 100, I will be promoted to Pro group.

    IF THAT IS COMPLICATED , THEN DON'T MIND THE PERCENTAGE, JUST THE KILL.

    And I want the Points to be showed on chat, like a prefix

    Example:

    [100][Pro]XavierMechanics: a

    And the player will lose points if they were killed (Configurable on how many points will be taken.)
    And if they fall to 10 points, they will be demoted to Advanced

    Ideas for commands: Its up to you

    Ideas for permissions: Its up to you.

    Isn't this what AutoRank does?

    @Scimiguy

    @Jaackk This is more simple and easier to make than "Combat Levels" request.

    But, if someone will handle that, why not.

    Sounds good, I just think if the developer is interested in the features there is no point making two if both requests could be fulfilled at once.

    Of course if it makes a negative difference or is too much hassle that's not a problem

    Thanks for understanding, all up to the developer of course,

    Best Regards,
    Jack.

    I would love to check this out however, it doesn't seem to be working on my server at all.

    The plugin loads up fine, generates a config file but doesn't actually do anything in game, no points are given/taken.

    Best Regards,
    Jack.

    Switching to java 8 with his server might break certain plugins.

    if people want to stick with an old version of java, that's cool, but i won't be supporting it

    I'm not 100% sure on my version, is there any easy way to check?

    Sorry for the 'nooby' question,

    Best Regards,
    Jack.

    you can do "java -version" in command prompt (windows) or terminal
    1.7.x = java 7
    1.8.x = java 8
    or on windows just go to program files folder > java folder

    @Jaackk @ebildude123 Most hosting companies are running java 7 and don't support updates to java 8.
