*DIFFICULT*HCF Plugin (Custom) [Hardcore Factions]

Hello guys! My friend is starting up a server and has a fairly good amount of subscribers so they are expecting a massive influx of players upon server release in a couple of days. His server is centered around Hardcore Factions, or HCF. They were gonna use an HCF plugin that his friend gave him, but that didn't meet the criteria that we were looking for. So without further ado, ill explain.

Commands:
Same commands as the original Factions plugin i.e. f create, f who, etc.
Also, they would like to make a command called /wrench, where it spawns in a Gold Pick that can only mine spawners and it is a one use before it breaks.

Nodes:
Again same nodes as the original factions plugin
Also for the wrench plugin, the nodes would be wrench.use and wrench.give

Wants: When a player dies have it say [#ofKills]%player was slain by [#ofKills]%player%
Also, when a player dies have lightning strikes go down upon the block in which the player died and then add a Death Sign Plugin that when the player dies, the items of his inventory drop as well as a sign that reads:

Name
was slain by
Killer
Date

Finally add DTR (Death to Raid). It is similar to f power, and you grow .2 DTR every minute that you are logged on until you reach 1. i.e. If a faction had 6 members and 1 just died the DTR would be 5. When the DTR gets to a decimal or zero, factions can over claim them.


I KNOW THIS IS DIFFICULT BUT I AM ALSO DOING THIS SO EVERYONE RUNNING HCF SERVERS CAN HAVE A QUALITY SERVER WITHOUT PAYING TONS OF MONEY FOR A CUSTOM ONE.

Why do you want a "Custom" HCF plugin? Use one that's already made, dont make a developer take possibly a few months to create a whole new HCF plugin that honestly isnt even HCF. You can get all the addons that you want just by looking around spigot & bukkit. Trust me, no one will make this for you.

 

I like the idea about one time tool for spawner.
