   Ok so i have quests and citizens on my server and an admin can do the quests and when he walks past the npc it talks to him But when a guest does it world guard pops up and says (Hey sorry but you cant use that here) idk why i think its because the Players need to right click to start the quests but that does not explain why the first npc wont say his Msg that i put into him ?? Please help

   It's been awhile since I've used WorldGuard.
   
   I know it's in the regions settings file, but there's also a command...something like a list command.
