Filled Flying Particles and CombatLog Hook

Suggested name: Flying Particles

What I want: I'd like to see a plugin where it allows me to have particles whenever there is flight, from a command or a gamemode, so whenever the players in flight, it would active a particle, such as clouds or a snowshovel type of particle whenever in flight

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: flyparticles.particle

When I'd like it by: Yesterday.

And sorry for urging this in but I do have a second request for an hook for CombatLog the type of CombatLogging plugin I am currently using

This is super simple! I don't know why anyone doesn't want to make it!!! I can make this in like less than 10 minutes! Just wait for 30 minutes and I have it ready for you!

It seems that it has loaded but no particles, what is the plugin running off of, what version? Because I'm currently running my server on 1.7.10

 

The particle library I'm using only works at 1.8... Is there a possibility that you will upgrade it to 1.8 or do I need to downgrade it to 1.7.10???

 

Could you please downgrade to 1.7.10? It would be really appreciative
