   Hi guys first of sorry for my bad English, I try make a plugin when you command /change sender's skin will change the PNG file in the server file. If it is possible please help me, thanks for advice.

   The player's skin is registered by the client. You would have to find which packet controls player skins and then send that packet to everyone online.

   I tried your method but I couldn't send skin packet from PNG, I can send just different player's skin.
