First of all, use the syntax/code tags (It's much nicer) or use pastebin.com.
Secondly, I feel this should be inside of it's own thread.
Thirdly, you need to post all relevant classes (In this case Signs.java)

Please take @eyamaz 's suggestion and learn how to program in Java before attempting to do anything with the Bukkit API.

First, you maybe just should TRY to learn how to use pastebin <-- Click.
