Filled TimedGoldGiver

Plugin Name: TimedGoldNuggets
Config: Specify how many seconds between each gold nugget is given to a player, specify the message in chat given when a nugget is received.
Permissions: goldgiver.get is the permission needed to get gold nuggets.
Commands: /tgg enable to turn the plugin on, /tgg disable to turn it off.

This runs on it's config. Every 'x' amount of seconds, a player receives a gold nugget. Once it's received they get a message in chat that is configurable. That's it.

The config has the time (in seconds) between each nugget, and the message that the player will receive.
You can use color codes (&a, &b, &c) in the message.
