Filled Hub Plugin Needed!!!

Does anyone know this plugin that I'm looking for?

1. You can right click someone and the other player will be on your head.
2. You can make everyone vanish.
3. You can get item when you join and you cannot move the item.(NoItemMoving)
4. You can /hub or /lobby and it will make you go back to Hub.

What item do they get, are do you just want them not to be able to move items in inventory?

I have a Plugin which stops you from moving/dropping Items.
