   Plugin task:
   Listen to the votes being given to the server and every configurable amounts of votes, award the players that voted using commands that you can set from other plugins. For example, if I have a plugin that generates a random item using a command such as /RandomItem playername amount, run this command for every player that voted to get the vote count up to the configurable amount. Afterwards, reset the vote count and start over.
