I Need A Simple Pugin That Gives You 100$igm When You kill Another Player

Hello everyone, I am looking for a plugin that gives players a certain amount of money (gamewise-not IRL). A plugin sort of like this one:

Although, this plugin is outdated. I don't fancy iConomy much. I am running a KitPvP server and I want players to buy a kit with their money.

Ex: A player battles and kills many players and gets $1,000. There would be a shop at spawn where the given player could hit a sign which would give him potions

I also want players to earn more money based off how well the other player is.

Ex: Player Bob has a killstreak of 5 whereas Charlie has a killstreak of 0. Alex has a killstreak of 0 as well. Charlie kills Alex and receives 100$, but when he killed Bob, he earned 300$ because player Bob has a killstreak much higher than him. I also want the players to be able to check others stats by doing /stats <player>. The stats will show:

1. The players' money.
2. The player's highest killstreak.
3. The player's kills and deaths.
4. The players KDR (kill death rate [percentage wise])

I need it As Soon As Possible

If I would know how to give a player money, I would go and make you this plugin. What do you use for the money?

I created a plugin like this a while ago. However it doesn't have the stats part. DL
