Custom Combat Tag

I am looking for a custom CT plugin, that after a large amounts of research, haven't found a plugin that suits what I am looking for. A name I think works for the plugin would be something along the lines "cTag"

What I am indeed looking for:

• When a player logs out, without their combat tag on, an NPC spawns with their current inventory, armor, and name for 10 seconds. If hit, NPC stays on for length of combat time

• If player is in combat when they log out, it will do the same as above, despite the fact that the NPC will be logged in for the remainder of the combat time plus the additional 10 seconds.

• As well as making the NPC appear as they are still online, as a real player (For reasons being, player with that name, members of his/her current faction, could not kill the player).

• Lang file (Language file) for configurable messages, as well a way to block certain commands.

Commands I'm looking for:
/ct reload
/ct (aliases /tag [to check how long player is in combat for])
/ct <player> (check if <player> is in combat, and for how long).
Permissions I'm looking for:
ctag.reload
ctag.bypass
ctag.ct (Default permission, not needed, but thought I'd include it.)

I have the complete code for this, but I will not be releasing it.

I don't think any developers would be willing to do this for free, anyways.
But, it's possible

It doesn't create an NPC on every single logout. Only when you're tagged, I believe..

 

Ah I see what you want now Maybe there's a feature that does it no every logout... I'll check.
