Custom Plugin idea

I would like if someone tried making a custom item plugin like a plugin with potion effects for any item; custom info about it; enchantments; commands; configs that are easy to edit; permissions for ranks and stuff; abilities like more health; more permissions like you need a full set for the item if u using armor or where you don't need a full set of armor to have the potion effects or something; really i want a plugin that can custom almost anything like some things with this mod called "all you want mod" it allows you to edit things but not everything and that's what i wants to be able to edit spawners in multiplayer like make a spawner that can spawn swords; or my sword is i right click it it gives me buffs; if this can happen i'll be so happy because i can make things that i always wanted to make.

 

Question what you mean by example config?

 

umm i never thought of that, i kinda want something similar to the crackshot plugin config style because its really easy to use, or do something similer to this

The plugin "ItemLoreStats" can do effects on weapons
