Need a developer.

I have a server, and it is spigot mod 1.8. It has factions survival skyblock 2 hubs, soon to have KIT PVP, creative, and parkour. I have everything set up, and it works pretty good. Can hold 2500 players. Im sorry i cant pay, but i am just looking to have fun with someone who knows the stuff. my server ip address is in my signature if you would like to check it out. i hope someone will help! i had an awesome dev, but he moved on to bigger things and pretty much backstabbed me :/ tried to hack my console etc. not saying any names. it was fun though. I dont mind anyone who does their own thing, but i like skype calls and just building trust. Admins. feel free to move this post or tell me something to add or edit if it is incorrect.
